2026 WRITERS CONFERENCE
Looking to pitch a project to an agent or acquisitions editor? Connect one-on-one with an agent or editor appointment. These twenty-minute sessions are available first-come, first served. In-person and online-full ticket holders receive their first appointment free; additional appointments are available for $30 each, while appointments last.
WHO
Before selecting the agent/editor you wish to meet with, make sure to review the information about the genres they are acquiring.
WHEN
Agent/editor appointments are available for free to in-person attendees at the conference. Appointments times can be selected during registration and are scheduled during the conference workshop sessions.
WHERE
Check-in at the appointment desk 5-10 minutes before your scheduled time. All meetings will be held in the appointment room indicated on the map in your conference program.

Back by popular demand, we are offering online appointments with agents and acquisitions editors. The Pitch Palooza will happen after the conference, allowing you to integrate what you learned into your pitch.
Online-full ticket holders receive their first appointment free. In-person attendees may also participate. Additional appointments are $30 each.
