2025 WRITERS CONFERENCE
Looking to pitch a project to an agent or acquisitions editor? Connect one-on-one with an agent or editor appointment. These FREE twenty-minute sessions are available first-come, first served.
WHO
Before selecting the agent/editor you wish to meet with, make sure to review the information about the genres they are acquiring.
WHEN
Agent/editor appointments are available to in-person attendees only. (No online appointments will be conducted this year.) Appointments times can be selected during registration and are scheduled during the conference workshop sessions.
WHERE
Check-in at the appointment desk 5-10 minutes before your scheduled time. All meetings will be held in the appointment room indicated on the map in your conference program.
