2026 WRITERS CONFERENCE

Looking to get more involved and serve the Christian writing community? It takes a lot of hands to pull off a conference, and WCCW welcomes your participation. During registration, you'll have the opportunity to indicate your interest in volunteering for the following areas:

REGISTRATION
INFORMATION

Help check-in conference attendees, prep nametags, stuff goodie bags, and/or staff the info table.

PRE-CONFERENCE PRAYER TEAM

Cover the conference in prayer ahead of the event.

GREETING&
HOSPITALITY

Make others feel welcome by greeting at the front door or helping with snacks, set-up, or

tear-down.

FIRST TIMER
BUDDY

If you're a veteran, sign-up to shepherd a newbie.

MARKETING
& MEDIA

Help spread the word about the conference as an ambassador or by volunteering for our media team.
