2025 WRITERS CONFERENCE
It wouldn't be a writers conference without a bookstore! It's free to register your title(s) and sell your books. The bookstore title registration form will be posted later this summer after conference registration opens.

IN-PERSON BOOKSTORE
Step #1
REGISTER YOUR TITLES
Complete the following form to register your titles in the conference bookstore. You may register up to three titles. Deadline to register is October 1.
Step #2
DELIVER YOUR BOOKS
Check in your books with the bookstore coordinator when you arrive at the conference. Max fifteen copies per title.
Step #3
GET
PAID!
Check-out any unsold copies at the end of the conference. WCCW withholds sales tax and a 15% commission and will mail you a check within thirty days.
ONLINE BOOKSTORE
New for 2025! This year, we'll be hosting an online conference bookstore via a storefront on Bookshop.org. Bookshop.org works to connect readers with independent booksellers all over the world, and is committed to helping indie bookstores thrive as essential community hubs that foster culture, curiosity, and a love of reading. Every purchase on the site financially supports independent bookstores and WCCW. (No sales from Bookshop.org are directly distributed to the author from that platform or WCCW, but the profits do ultimately reach you via your publisher.)

All titles registered will be listed in our online bookstore (both in-person and online attendee books), provided they meet the following Bookshop.org criteria:

1. Title must have an ISBN-13.
2. Title must be in print (ebooks are not supported) and listed for distribution with Ingram. (This means if you have self-published your book on Amazon only, we will not be able to include it in the conference bookstore.)
Are your bookshelves bursting at the seams?
In addition to bringing your authored books to sell in the conference bookstore, bring your used books to donate to our fundraiser. Proceeds will benefit WCCW's philanthropic giving.
