If you're joining us in-person, your admission ticket also includes online access to all conference recordings.
We have a payment plan available, with $100 due at registration and the balance charged automatically on October 11.

All in-person attendees receive digital access included in their admission price. A payment installment plan is available with a $100 deposit at registration and the balance paid October 11. Online registration will remain open until November 6, 2024. The online conference recordings will be available to view until December 31.
New for 2024! We're providing you the opportunity to become a WCCW ambassador. When you register, you'll receive a unique code that you can share with friends and family to earn credit for the conference bookstore. For each person that signs up using your code, you'll receive $10 in conference bookstore credit. This credit will be delivered as a coupon the week before the conference. Print your coupon, bring it with you, and buy some extra books when you arrive! (Note that this program is available for in-person attendees only.)
Add-On
Add-on CREW and appointment tickets are available for both in-person and online attendees. Lunch tickets are for in-person registration only.

Scholarships
Thanks to the generous donations of our community, we are able to offer financial assistance to writers with limited resources. We offer 25%, 50%, and 75% scholarships based on situation and need. If you are selected to receive a scholarship by our committee, you will recieve a discount registration code. Scholarships are awarded as funds are available.
Order Changes
After you register, your confirmation email will include a prompt to create an account with a login, allowing you to manage changes to your order. Any refunds or charges associated with order changes will be processed automatically when you save your udpates. You may make changes to your order until October 11, 2024.
Refunds
If you register to attend in-person and are later unable to participate, you may convert your ticket and attend online instead. We do not offer refunds for online conference tickets. Requests for cash refunds are addressed on a case-by-case basis. No refunds will be issued after October 11, 2024.
